Della Hansen may just be the king when it comes to kitchens. As The Easy Kitchen’s Editorial Director, she has the ultimate say when it comes to what flies and what doesn’t in your next dish. A veteran in the food and drink industry, Della has spent her life testing various kitchen products. It’s no wonder why she knows more than enough about them as well. And it’s not only through these articles either, whether you’re a culinary professional or are just trying to learn how to use your new oven, Della will have you covered.
Before joining The Easy Kitchen team, Hansen worked all kinds of jobs in the culinary world. That includes things such as kitchen management and recipe development. Through years of experience, Della claims to understand the ins and outs of cooking on both a practical and technical level. That being said though, if I still burn my toast after I read any of her works then we really do have an issue…
It is easy to see that this woman loves cooking with a passion though (obviously). She reviews too many products for me to count with my extremely average math skills. But hey! If I’m ever looking for some honestly good knives or pots then I should give her reviews a quick look-see.
Finally, there is one last thing that sets her apart from other food writers… Her ability to adapt! Times change fast people! And she is always right there riding shotgun with them. Offering tips on timeless classics but also keeping us up-to-date with all those new-fangled gadgets — like that new app that tells you exactly when your toast will be done every single time… Yes please!
